The R M Parks Company of the United States and the Sri Lanka Board of Investment signed an agreement regarding petroleum products.
The Company is going to invest 110 million dollars, says the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka.
R M Parks, one of the world’s leading petroleum companies, will have the opportunity to sell ‘Shell’ products in Sri Lanka with this agreement, and accordingly, they and Shell will jointly open 200 petrol stations in Sri Lanka.
It is hoped to establish several facilities including supermarkets and electric vehicle charging facilities in those petrol stations.
