The International Football Federation has issued a warning that Sri Lanka will be banned from international football if they do not act according to the constitution of the Sri Lanka Football Federation.
It is stated that the International Football Federation has given this warning by sending a letter to the former secretary of the Sri Lanka Football Federation.
According to this letter, sent by Kenny Jean-Marie, the chief member association officer of the International Football Federation, the International Football Federation strongly opposes external interference regarding the selection of football officials.
