Transport and Highways Minister Bandula Gunawardena said that the Treasury has given a treasury bond of 11.6 billion rupees to the construction companies who are in trouble due to the construction stoppage and non-receipt of arrears.
The Minister further said that the related payments will be completed before the upcoming Sinhala Hindu New Year.
