A satellite launched by a Japanese private company was destroyed in mid-air

A Japanese private company, for the first time, attempted to launch a satellite but failed. The satellite named ‘Space One’ was planned to be sent into the air with the help of the rocket named ‘Karios’ manufactured in Japan.

The 18-meter-long rocket was planned to be launched from the space station in Wakayama Prefecture, western Japan. The rocket exploded minutes after takeoff. Along with that, the satellite inside the rocket was also destroyed.

When the rocket was launched with the intervention of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, it was N.H.K. Broadcasted live on national television. The explosion of the rocket was also seen live.
