State Minister for Media Shantha Bandara said in Parliament today (13) that a program is being implemented to provide exercise books to school children at concessional prices from the Department of Government Printing.
He also mentioned that the principals of schools can submit those orders. The Minister of State said this while making a statement with the permission of the Chair.
