4 people have been arrested with 19,000 liters of diesel which had been collected illegally.
It is said that the relevant diesel stock was found by the Police Special Task Force near the Hambantota Fishing Port.
The Police Special Task Force further stated that the diesel had been prepared for transportation to Ampara area.
