According to Section 4(1) of the Local Government Elections Ordinance, a special gazette notice has been issued naming the Election Officers for all administrative districts as per the powers assigned to the Election Commission.
According to this gazette announcement, the District Secretary will act as the Election Officer of the respective districts, and the Deputy or Assistant Election Commissioner of the respective district will act as the Assistant Election Officer.
