The Ministry of Transport says that it has been decided to temporarily close the New Kelani Bridge (Kalyani Golden Entrance) in 03 phases.
Accordingly, it has been announced that the New Kelani Bridge will be temporarily closed from December 1st to 4th, December 8th to 11th, and December 15th to 18th.
The announcement further states that this step has been taken due to an essential modernization work and to avoid inconvenience, alternative routes should be used.
