The All Island School Children Transport Association says that it has been decided to reduce the fares of school children’s transport vehicles. Accordingly, the president of the association, Malshree De Silva, said that this decision was taken with the lowering of fuel prices on May 1.
He further mentioned that in the same manner as the fares were increased when the fuel prices were increased, a certain amount is requested to be reduced when the fuel prices are reduced.
