Minister of Education Susil Premajayantha said yesterday (22) in Parliament that the O/L examination conducted in grade 11 will be held in grade 10.
The minister said that this step is being taken to prevent children from getting old in education and also stated that they can write an O/L examination at the age of fifteen.
He also mentioned that with the implementation of that program, a child can appear for the A-level examination at the age of 17.
