The National Water Supply and Drainage Board says that the water supply to many areas of Colombo will be suspended for 14 hours from 5.00 pm today (27).
Accordingly, it is stated that the water supply to Colombo 5, Colombo 6, Dehiwala, Mount Mount, Moratuwa, Jayantipura and Pelawatta will be suspended for 14 hours from 5 pm today to 7 am the next day.
It is reported that the water supply has to be suspended in this manner due to essential improvement work carried out by the energy conservation project to improve the water supply in Ambatale.
