Cabinet Media Spokesperson Minister Bandula Gunawardena says that more than 26,000 teachers are being recruited.
Accordingly, the minister further stated that the recruitment will be done from those who are currently in the public service.
He mentioned this while joining the press conference to announce the cabinet decisions held today (31).
