Veteran actor Jackson Anthony reportedly died after receiving treatment for almost 14 months.
While shooting a movie in Anuradhapura, he was seriously injured when the car he was travelling in collided with a wild elephant and was treated in the intensive care unit of the Colombo National Hospital for a long time.
He was 65 years old when he died. He has contributed to many famous films and stage plays.
