Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera says that two new features have been added to the National Fuel Permit QR system.
Those two features are below.
QR for non-automotive needs
Availability of fuel through QR for non-motorized categories such as generators, lawnmowers, and other equipment. The method of registration for that will be notified by the Ministry of Electricity and Energy soon.
The code number of the filling station in the SMS message received after the transaction is completed
The filling station code is included in the SMS received by the customer after refueling.
