The Department of Meteorology announces that rain or thundershowers may occur at a few places in the evening or night in Western, Sabaragamuwa and Uva provinces and Galle and Matara districts.
The announcement states that there may be some rain in the morning in the southern province.
It further states that there is mainly rainless weather on the rest of the island.
