The Department of Meteorology says that rain or thundershowers may occur at places in Uva, Central, South, Sabaragamuwa, Western, North West and North Central provinces and Mannar and Vavuniya districts today (05).
The department mentioned that there may be some rain in Anuradhapura, Vavuniya and Mannar districts in the morning.
The Department of Meteorology urges individuals to take the required precautions to reduce the risks brought on by storm-related lightning and transient high winds.
