The Speaker stated in the Parliament today (20) that the Supreme Court informed that the Rehabilitation Bureau Bill is not in accordance with the Constitution.
The Speaker further stated that if it is passed, the relevant draft should be passed after a special majority in the Parliament and a referendum or after amending some of its clauses.
