A gazette notice has been issued revising the scopes of several ministries with effect from today (27).
Accordingly, the National Building Research Organization under the Ministry of Defense and the Company Register Department under the Ministry of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies have been removed from those ministries.
Also, the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka and its affiliates and the Center of Excellence for Robotics have been placed under the Ministry of Technology, the Gazette notices further states.
