Kirinda Police say that a Malaysian tourist who went to visit Yala Park has been missing since yesterday afternoon.
Police say that this Malaysian tourist had left to visit Yala Park with the driver in a cab.
A senior police officer said that he got off the car near Manik Ganga and walked to the sea area but did not come back.
A team of officers from the Kirinda Police and a team of officers from the Yala Palatupana Wildlife Office have jointly launched a search operation to find this missing tourist. (Lankadeepa)
