The fifth session of the 09th Parliament is scheduled to be inaugurated tomorrow (07) under the chairmanship of President Ranil Wickramasinghe.
Accordingly, it is reported that tomorrow at 10.30 am, the President will preside over the Parliament and present the government’s policy statement to the Parliament.
The President had arranged to end the session of the Parliament with effect from midnight on January 26.
