The Election Commission says that a discussion will be held today (16) with officials including the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance regarding the local government elections.
Accordingly, it is stated that the discussion will focus on the release of money related to local government polls.
The Election Commission further stated that they will try to solve this problem through negotiations and if that is not possible, they will take legal action.
