The Daily Mail website says that the conspiracy to oust British Prime Minister Liz Truss has already started and the next few days will be decisive for the Prime Minister.

Liz Truss has warned the ruling Conservative Party members who are trying to oust her from the position of Prime Minister, saying that the attempt to oust her from power will be a reason to go to a general election. If a general election were to go, the Conservative Party, which has been in power for years, could even lose power, Liz Truss has indicated.

The Prime Minister of Britain is held by the leader of the ruling party. The ruling party is the Conservative Party. The party leader was elected by the party members last September.

Fighting for the party leadership were 47-year-old Liz Truss and 42-year-old Indian-origin Rishi Sunak. By winning the most votes, Liz Truss became the party leader as well as the British Prime Minister. It has been 40 days since Liz Truss was appointed to the party leadership as well as the position of Prime Minister.

Liz Truss introduced a new economic package to find solutions to the economic crisis facing Britain. She offered the position of Finance Minister (Chancellor) to Kwasi Kwarteng. The Prime Minister’s decision to massively cut taxes through the new economic package was a reason for the displeasure of not only British economic experts but also the ruling Conservative Party. Accordingly, the Prime Minister also had to remove Kwasi Wharton from the post of Finance Minister.
