Dates have been fixed for the pretrial hearing against 09 defendants including former central bank governor Arjun Mahendran, and director of Perpetual Treasuries Company Arjun Aloysius.
Accordingly, the case will be called before a three-member panel on March 21 next year.
The Attorney General had filed this case under the indictment of causing a loss of 688 million rupees to the government during a central bank bond auction held on February 27, 2015.
