The Sri Lankan branch of the Sri Lions Sports Club, which was started with the participation of Sri Lankans living in the United Arab Emirates, was officially inaugurated yesterday at Colombo S.S.C. It took place at the sports club and the respective sports club is going to be actively implemented from next May.
According to Kalum Sujith Perera, the Sri Lions Sports Club was first started in 2019 with the participation of Sri Lankans living in the United Arab Emirates.

Currently, 09 sports such as athletics, badminton, cricket, football, golf, hockey, netball, rugby and volleyball are being played in the United Arab Emirates Sri Lions Sports Club and a netball training camp will be held first after starting the sports club. (Divaina)
