Several institutions including the Sri Lankan Airlines, the Land Reforms Commission, and the University Grants Commission are scheduled to be called before the Committee on Public Affairs or the COPE Committee in the coming parliamentary week. Accordingly, it is stated that the ‘Export Credit Insurance Corporation’ has been called before the COP committee on the 25th and the Land Reforms Commission has been called on the 26th.

Also, Sri Lankan Airlines has been summoned before the COP committee on the 27th and the University Grants Commission has been summoned on the 28th. The Vocational Training Authority is scheduled to be called before the Committee on May 9 and the progress of implementation of the recommendations given in the COPE Committee meeting held on 23.03.2023 is to be investigated.
