Professor M Sunil Shantha has been appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of Sabaragamuwa University. It is said that even now he is working as a professor in the Department of Economics and Statistics of that university.
Accordingly, the Presidential Media Division stated that this appointment has been made for three years with effect from November 2nd.
