Justice Minister Wijayadasa Rajapaksa has submitted a proposal to Parliament to change the method of signing the last will.
The minister mentioned this while speaking at the presentation of 5 amendment bills to the parliament today (19).
Accordingly, it has been decided to remove the system of signing the last will by 5 people and introduce the system of writing and signing in front of a notary.
