Foreign Affairs Minister Ali Sabri says that Sri Lanka has held several rounds of negotiations to get cheap crude oil from Russia.
In a discussion with foreign media, the Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that the focus is on getting Russian crude oil directly from Russia or through India.
Accordingly, the minister further stated that he is currently considering the options presented in the relevant discussions.
