The Sri Lanka Police has announced the roads that will be closed and the roads that will be restricted for the National Independence Day celebrations and rehearsals on February 04.
Accordingly, on February 01, 02, and 03, from 5 am to 12 noon, a special traffic plan is in place on the respective roads, according to the announcement.
