Jaffna District Member of Parliament Dr. Archchuna Ramanathan has been arrested by the Fort Police today (29).
He has been apprehended for allegedly obstructing police duty by forcibly parking his vehicle opposite the Fort Railway Station during a protest staged on September 22.
