The Department of Labour has announced that essential maintenance work on its computer systems is scheduled to be carried out on July 30 and 31.

In a notice issued by the department, it stated that public services related to the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) data system and the Digital EPF system at the Head Office, as well as all regional, district, and sub-labour offices, will not be available during these two days.

The Department of Labour further stated that services including benefit payments and registrations will be temporarily suspended during this period. Individuals who have already obtained appointments for these dates may visit the relevant labour office on any working day within one month to receive the required services.
