The Inland Revenue Bill with Committee Stage Amendments, which is a proposal to amend the Inland Revenue Act, No. 24 of 2017 (IRA), was approved by Parliament on December 9, 2022, but the Hon. Speaker has not yet ratified the changes. Unless otherwise noted, the modifications take effect on January 1, 2023.
