The Minister of State for Domestic Medicine, Sisira Jayakodi, says that the bill containing the necessary laws to develop hemp as an export industry is expected to be submitted to Parliament after the budget debate.
Accordingly, the Minister of State mentioned that they will take large deposits from the people who invest in this industry so that it cannot go out as a drug.
State Minister Sisira Jayakodi also stated that according to the recommendations given by the relevant institutions including the Attorney General’s Department, laws will be prepared in such a way that the large amount of deposits deposited by the relevant investors will be forfeited if there is any harmful harm to the society.
State Minister of Local Medicine, Sisira Jayakodi further stated that an export income of about 3 billion dollars can be earned from the health sector in the future.
