Dr Harsha De Silva, a Member of Parliament, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Committee on Public Finance. Accordingly, it is stated that this approval has been given according to a proposal presented by the President.
It is said that a meeting between the President and the members of the State Finance Committee was held yesterday (07) in Parliament where the name of Dr Harsha de Silva was proposed by the President.
