Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau registration fees and agency renewal fees have been increased. According to the order issued by the Secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Foreign Employment, the new rates will be effective from July 1.
Accordingly, the registration fee of the Foreign Employment Bureau has been increased from 17,928 rupees to 21,467 rupees, and the fee for renewing the registration has been increased from 3,774 rupees to 4,483 rupees.
The Ministry of Labor and Foreign Employment has taken steps to increase the license renewal fee of a foreign employment agency from 58,974 rupees to 117,949 rupees. (Lankadeepa)
