A special discussion was held between the International Monetary Fund (IMF) India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Bhutan Executive Director Dr Krishnamurthy Subramaniam and the Minister of State for Finance Dr Ranjith Siyambalapitiya yesterday (26).
In a statement, the minister said that the state revenue and the problems faced by the people of the country were discussed.
The minister further said that he expressed confidence that the discussions held there were successful and that the first instalment of the IMF would be received soon.
