Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered to keep military groups ready in the country.
Foreign media reports that the country’s Ministry of Defense has announced that it has decided to call back 300,000 volunteer soldiers with military experience to strengthen the army battalions.
Along with this decision, the price of crude oil in the world market has increased by 2%, the foreign media further states.
