The price of fuel related to CEYPETCO and IOC has been revised with effect from yesterday (31) midnight. According to the relevant amendment, a litre of petrol 95 has been increased by Rs.20 and a litre of super diesel by Rs.10 and a litre of petrol 92 has been reduced by Rs.15.
Accordingly, the new price of 95 litres of petrol is Rs.385 and the price of a litre of super diesel is Rs.340 and the new price of 92 litres of petrol is Rs.318. The price of a litre of kerosene has been reduced by Rs.50 and its new price is Rs.245. The Ceylon Petroleum Statutory Corporation further stated that there is no change in the average diesel price.
