In batting, Rohit Sharma scored 53 runs for the Indian team, (KL Rahul) 39 runs and Ishan Kishan managed to score 33 runs. In bowling, Dunith Wellalage took 5 wickets, Charith Asalanka took 4 wickets and Maheesh Theekshana managed to break one wicket for the Sri Lankan team.
At the end of 42 overs, the Sri Lankan team, who played the reply innings, managed to score only 172 runs. Dunith Wellalage scored an unbeaten 42 runs and Dhananjaya de Silva scored 41 runs for the Sri Lankan team.
