Masatsugu Asakawa, Chairman of the Asian Development Bank, says that they will consider providing additional credit facilities to stabilize Sri Lanka’s economy as soon as the negotiations with the International Monetary Fund are over.
He mentioned this while attending the 55th Annual Conference of the Asian Development Bank which started on the 26th in Manila, Philippines.
He mentioned that Sri Lanka and the International Monetary Fund have already agreed on very practical and active policy measures.
