The Human Rights Commission says that there has been an agreement not to cut off the electricity during the GCE Advanced Level examination from yesterday (25).
According to this, all parties including the Public Utility Commission have expressed their agreement to implement the recommendation.
The Secretary of the Ministry of Power and Energy and the Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission were called before the Human Rights Commission yesterday to inquire about the power cut during the GCE Advanced Level examination period.
