The police have made a special request to the drivers of heavy vehicles travelling on the Southern Expressway.
Accordingly, due to an accident on the Southern Expressway, heavy vehicles driving towards Matara are advised to leave the Kurundugahahatcheme Interchange and re-enter the Expressway via the Baddegama Interchange.
