MP Harsha de Silva says that the price stabilization fund should be started immediately to be fair to the consumer not only when the world market price goes down but also when it goes up.
Attending a press conference held yesterday (29), the MP mentioned that the government can contribute to it through the fund if the fuel price rises due to some reason.
