The Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Roshan Ranasinghe has pledged to the President of the Asian Rugby Federation Qais Al Dhalai that he will conduct the Rugby Federation official election in the first week of August this year.
The Sports Minister made the pledge when he met the Asian Rugby President to explain the stabilization committee appointed for Sri Lankan rugby.
