Scientists say that there is a plant on Earth that can be grown in the dry and barren harsh environment on Mars and can grow well in such an environment.
This plant is a type of moss. This moss is found in Antarctica and the Mojave Desert in America. This type of moss is scientifically known as ‘Syntrichia caninervis‘.
Scientists show that this type of moss can survive not only in extremely cold weather conditions but also in extremely hot weather conditions.
