All Ceylon Egg Producers Association Chairman Sarath Ratnayake says that it has been decided to provide the price of a local egg below 50 rupees. Accordingly, the day before yesterday (16) the representatives of his union met and made this decision, he said while speaking to the media.
He further mentioned that after May 1st, a system will be prepared to provide eggs to consumers below the current control price.
