A meeting has taken place between President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland who came to London to attend the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
The Presidential Media Division stated that mutual cooperation between the Commonwealth Secretariat and Sri Lanka was discussed at length here.
President Ranil Wickremesinghe also attended a reception organized by the Commonwealth Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Development James Cleveley at Church House and engaged in friendly discussions with world leaders.
