The Central Bank of Sri Lanka’s annual report for the year 2022 has been handed over by Central Bank Governor Dr Nandalal Weerasinghe to the Minister of Financial Economic Stabilization and National Policy President Ranil Wickramasinghe at the Ministry of Finance yesterday (27).

The Presidential Media Division stated that this was presented as the 73rd annual report of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and consists of 04 main parts.

According to Section 35 of the Monetary Law Act, every year, a report on the economic conditions and the policies taken for that year should be prepared by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and submitted to the Minister of Finance within 04 months after the end of the relevant year.
