The United States of America has imposed a ban on Admiral of the Fleet Wasantha Karannagoda, the Governor of the North West Province, from entering the country.
It has been decided to impose the ban on Wasantha Karannagoda due to an allegation of violation of human rights during his work as the Navy Commander during the war conflicts.
