US President Joe Biden extended his congratulations to Anura Kumara Dissanayake, the newly elected President of Sri Lanka, following a peaceful and democratic election.
In his message, President Biden praised the Sri Lankan people for conducting a free and fair election and expressed his desire to work together with President Dissanayake.
